Program Modules

Ten 50-minute coaching calls, covering ten topics. Each module includes a written exercise/worksheet for you to complete before the next coaching call. Program also includes a 1-hour coaching call 4-6 weeks post completion (eleven coaching calls total).

Priming the pump… begin compiling the thoughts you’ve had rattling around about your business… kick-off coaching relationship and design working relationship, process and goals.
2 Vision Boundlessly
Articulate the specifics of your vision for your life and business. Begin the process of clarifying what you really want to create.

We don’t get hung up on “niche-picking,” but will pinpoint your ideal client (aka “target market”) and begin looking at how to reach them.
4 Create Your Core Message
A process for honing your marketing message so that it is succinct and appealing to your prospective clients.
5 Package Up Your Services
Taking the best of what you do and branding it for high-level selling. This one step will set you miles apart from others who just offer their technical services.
6 Declare Your Brilliance – Identify Assets & Values
It’s all about you! When we focus on your strengths and values, and what makes you tick… you will build into your plan a natural energy force that will keep you excited about marketing.
7 Claim Your Business Strategies, Tactics & Goals
Learn the difference between a strategy, a tactic and a goal, and begin formulating your monthly plan for putting your very best ideas into real action.
8 Identify Resources & Roadblocks
Choicefully selecting your allies is a critical step to ensure success. We will also take a hard look at what might get in your way… and make a plan to eliminate those blocks.
9 Get Real! [Your Plan on Paper]
You will be challenged hard to whittle your grand plan down to precisely what you will actually do… you will have in hand a month-by-month no-fail roadmap to market your business.
10 Implementation Kick-Off
Now that you have your roadmap, we will do some final sharpening and prepare you for lift-off!
11 Post Completion Follow-up
Once you’ve been working your plan for a month or so, we will reconvene to check in and see what’s working and what needs to be tweaked.
